What is animaton?

Animation is a word which has been derived from the Latin word anima meaning "breath, soul" and animare meaning to breathe life into. Basically in animation we create a series of images/pictures in a sequence, in which the next image is a bit different than the previous one.

ImageMagick is free software that can be used to create/modify images of various different format (more than 200).  One can use it to create a simple gif animation in one line command.

Let us see how we can do the same in this post.

We will assume that N number of users are to be added with a standard prefix or suffix and values incrementing with numbers. e.g.  employee27... emp28.. etc
